Built in 1927 by Bethlehem Engineering Corporation, CORE: New York’s home — commonly known as ‘the Coca Cola Building' — has previously served as headquarters to heavyweight corporations such as Coca Cola, NBC, and Columbia Pictures.
Today, CORE: New York members enjoy a reimagined and redesigned space, offering panoramic views of Central Park and New York’s world-famous retail corridor.
Boasting a luxury inventory of services and amenities, CORE: New York caters for work, rest, and play with equal aplomb.
Creative workspaces, a business area, and private meeting & conferences spaces offer a high-tech work environment for business leaders.
Members keen to pamper themselves benefit from state-of-the-art fitness amenities including gym, wellness studio, saunas, the Revive juice bar and the Dangene medical spa, offering anti-aging skincare services.
A 40-seat theater, and transitional art gallery are at the forefront of a cultural events program. Culinary offerings are steered by chef Michele Brogioni (of Armani Ristorante fame) and include the 555 rooftop restaurant, the small-plate Leo’s Speakeasy and the Culinary Lab — a 17-seat eatery featuring a rotation of celebrity chefs.

CORE: New York's commitment to high-end luxury underpinned their search for an ultra-premium guest room entertainment system. This needed to be recognizably high-end, providing a seamless user experience and frictionless access to on demand services and the member's own content. Essentially, CORE: New York (like all other luxury hospitality providers) looked to authentically replicate a home environment TV experience.
As ROOMNET TV is built on the consumer-focused Apple TV platform, it naturally provides an authentic home-away-from-home experience! Apple TV is fast, slick, and powerful, and most importantly, offers a quick QR-based login to native apps on the TV (requiring only one log-in for the duration of the member's stay).
Additionally, the Apple App Store allows members to download their own apps, catering for multiple demographics and niche interests, and opening up access to over 18,000 app options in conjunction with the club’s curated list of apps.
ROOMNET and CORE: New York worked together to facilitate the self-installation of ROOMNET's Apple TV for hotels platform in the club's 11 suites.
Further collaboration drove the design and build of ROOMNET's proprietary hotel app, providing a series of branded information pages, detailing the club's services, amenities and all other salient information.
ROOMNET implemented a live TV service via Spectrum's TVSA app. TVSA offers the modern app-based delivery of 200+ live TV channels — featuring entertainment, news, sports, international programming, and a large on-demand library of movies and TV shows.
